Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, we ask that you please give at least 3 hours notice to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment.

If less than 3 hours notice is given and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be required to pay 50% of your treatment fee.

Non attendance at a scheduled appointment will result in you being charged the full amount of your treatment fee.
